The house, one of the most majestic in Bordeaux, has been restored with all the respect due to the splendours of its 18th century architecture: parquets, panelling, coving and plaster ceiling roses, fireplaces and tapestries have been subject to the greatest care.
After a century dedicated to journalism (the residence was the head office of the regional daily “Sud-Ouest”, this unique hotel rediscovered its initial purpose, that of a prestigious unique house and an exceptional living space.
The residence offers a luxury apartment in a unique setting in Bordeaux, due to its architecture, its area and its position.
With an immense period lounge with modern comfort and a dining room reminding one of the archbishop Cheverus journey through these parts, the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, a master bedroom and two rooms able to accommodate up to six people.
Two bicycles are provided to discover Bordeaux as well as the two parking spaces, located in the secured cour d’honneur.
Free WiFi internet access / Harman Kardon sound system / HD TV.
The residence also has four very spacious lounges, from 38 to 58m2 completely modular, opening onto a 300m2 landscaped garden with magnolias, ponds and an orangery, now dedicated to organising professional, cultural and private events.
