Learn to cook with the chef from the hotel-restaurant Cordeillan-Bages

Cours_cuisine_cordeillanIn Pauillac, amid the vineyards, the Château Cordeillan-Bages is a great Médoc restaurant. The chef, Jean-Luc ROCHA serves inventive, tasty cuisine.

His specialities include pan-fried foie gras with stewed peaches and port reduction, and Pauillac lamb stewed for 7-hours. The wine menu is fabulous, featuring the most prestigious of vintages.

The château Cordeillan-Bages is also the centre of the Bordeaux school teaching theory and putting it into practice to learn Bacchus’ secrets.

Jean-Luc ROCHA, Best Worker in France, also runs cookery lessons, offering an introduction to the gourmet world of great cuisine: preparing foie gras, Pauillac lamb, garden vegetables, desserts and sweet bites.

€80 per person for a 2½-hour lesson (2 to 12 participants) – Supplement: €90 to enjoy lunch at the gastronomic restaurant, drinks included.
