Learn to cook with the chef from the hotel-restaurant Cordeillan-Bages

Julien Lefebvre, chef exécutif de l'hôtel-restaurant Cordeillan-BagesIn Pauillac, amid the vineyards, the Château Cordeillan-Bages is a great Médoc restaurant. The chef, Julien LEFEBVRE serves inventive, tasty cuisine.

His specialities include foie gras mi cuit, market garden celery mousseline saddle of suckling Pauillac lamb, hodgepodge of spring vegetables or the sea bass fillet Bordeaux style with artichoke pepper sauce.

The château Cordeillan-Bages is also the centre of the Bordeaux school teaching theory and putting it into practice to learn Bacchus’ secrets.

Very fond of promoting local produce, Julien LEFEBVRE, runs cookery lessons, offering an introduction to the gourmet world of great cuisine. The chef also opens his doors to a young public (6-12 year olds) with 1 hour workshops for an introduction to the tastes and joys of cooking.

Rate:
€80 or €120 (with complementing “wine and food”) per person for a 2 hour 30 minute lesson (1 to 4 participants) – From Wednesday to Sunday from 15:30 to 18:00, depending on availability.
