Seminars and Incentives

The convention towns Arcachon, Biarritz, Bordeaux, Pau, Agen and surrounding area are offering numerous hosting options for seminars, in conference centres themselves as well as in different sites: hotels, residential hotels, holiday villages…Added to this offer there is also the existing potential in other Aquitaine departments: Dordogne and Landes. Each is offering, with their individual traits, original activities based on their unique characteristics, situation, assets and traditions.

>> Visualise the towns and departments on the Aquitaine map.

1. a land offering hundreds of sites, specialised or atypical, in towns or the countryside
2. a real playground, in the mountains or on the plains, among the vineyards or in the fresh air
3. ideal for nautical or maritime activities, on the ocean, on a lake or river
4. a perfect destination any time, for a treasure hunt under the sun, or a 4X4 trek in the rain
5. in any season, in summer on a surfboard or in winter on skis or snow shoes
6. recognised by UNESCO for its “Valley of Mankind”, discovering our ancestors and prehistory
7. amazing due to its traditions, like those of the Basques, that you can’t find anywhere else
8. captivating through finding story tellers of the legends of long ago or the artisans and farmers of today
9. invigorating thanks to its sea air and regenerative thanks to its thermal springs
10. seductive through its sophisticated products, oysters, asparagus, foie gras, suckled lamb, ewe’s cheese, strawberries…

This department which created the “Sourire du Lot-et-Garonne” label offers a warm welcome and proposes that, sword in hand, you experience the medieval atmosphere of a castle, going down into the moat and the dungeons…
More pleasant activities are also appreciated like trips on horseback, and Armagnac tasting sessions…
Sensitive to gastronomy, we enthusiastically discover the “1 VILLAGE, 1 CHEF, FLAVOURS” principal in 8 Lot-et-Garonne destinations.

VVFvillages-portraits des cadres

Seminar centres, residences and smart hotels are available for your MICE, in the city, by the ocean or beneath the pine trees.
Specialising in small-scale professional events (for 10 to 250 guests), the Landes offer a panel of gastronomic, cultural and sporting activities for all seasons in a well-preserved natural environment.
The festive ambience of village fêtes keeping up with the bandas, dancing on stilts in Landes style and traditional Landes races are all great team building activities. If you’d prefer a more laid-back approach to sport, why not try surfing or paddle-boarding, golf or cycling out to lakes and rivers for your team building? Otherwise, your team might enjoy a beach party watching the sunset over the ocean!
